Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1st 2026
Your privacy matters to Argentis. This Privacy Policy explains how Argentis Group and Argentis Sun Peak LLC, trading as Argentis (“Argentis”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and discloses personal information through Argentis.com and related website enquiries and communications.
1 Scope of this policy
Our website introduces the Argentis ecosystem, including Argentis Health, Haus, Home, Hub and Horizon. This policy covers the website and associated contact, marketing and administrative activities operated by the entity named above. Clinical care, patient records and health information processed through a dedicated platform may be subject to additional privacy notices and agreements. If another Argentis entity or an independent provider operates a service, that entity or provider will be identified in the relevant service documentation. This policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
2 Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, contact preferences, membership or service interests, and messages submitted through website forms or communications. If you register for an event, book a service or make a purchase, we may receive registration details, booking information, billing contact details and transaction confirmations needed to administer it. The information collected depends on the feature you use. Payment card information submitted directly to our payment processor Stripe is subject to that processor’s privacy notice.
Our website and its service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, time of access and interactions with site features. Cookies and similar technologies are described below. We may also receive information from a booking provider or another organisation when you ask it to refer you to us or share your information, and from publicly available business contact sources where permitted by law.
3 Health information and sensitive information
Please do not submit medical records, diagnostic results, genetic information or other sensitive health information through ordinary contact forms or marketing sign-up forms. If a service requires sensitive information, we will identify the appropriate collection channel and provide the relevant notice and any required consent process before collecting it. Submission of an enquiry does not enrol you in clinical care or authorise unrestricted sharing of health data across the Argentis ecosystem.
For any enabled Hub, Vault or Argie service, a separate product notice will explain how uploaded records, connected device data and AI interactions are processed. You retain any rights you have in the information you provide; using a service does not transfer ownership of your personal records to Argentis. This does not eliminate legitimate processing or legal retention obligations, or alter an independent provider’s obligations for its own medical records. We do not sell identifiable health information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train general purpose AI models, and require vendors processing it for us to observe equivalent restrictions.
4 How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; explain services you ask about; administer registrations, bookings and purchases; provide requested communications; maintain business and transaction records; operate, troubleshoot and protect the website; understand website use and improve its content; and comply with legal obligations. We send marketing communications according to your choices and applicable law. We do not treat acceptance of this policy as blanket consent for optional marketing, clinical disclosures or sensitive data processing.
5 When we disclose information
We disclose information to service providers supporting website hosting, technical operations, communications, customer relationship management, bookings, payments and other administrative functions, as needed for their work and subject to appropriate restrictions. Within Argentis, access is limited to personnel and entities that need the information for a disclosed purpose. Brand affiliation alone does not authorise health data sharing.
We may share information with a provider or partner when you request an introduction or authorise a relevant service, and will obtain additional consent where required. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, protect legal rights or safety, or investigate fraud and security incidents. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or business transfer, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. Aggregated or deidentified information may be used only where it cannot reasonably identify you and applicable requirements are met.
6 Cookies and external services
Cookies and similar technologies may support essential site functions, remember preferences and measure site use. External fonts, videos, maps or other embedded services may receive technical information, including your IP address, when your browser loads them.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect site features. Where required by law, optional technologies will operate only after the applicable consent or opt-out process.
7 Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or contact us at contact@argentis.com. We may still send necessary service, booking, transaction or legal communications. Any text messaging programme will disclose its consent and opt-out terms separately; providing a telephone number alone does not constitute agreement to receive promotional texts.
8 Retention and security
We retain information for the periods needed for the disclosed purposes, taking account of the relationship with you, legal and accounting obligations, disputes and security needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it according to our retention procedures, subject to lawful exceptions.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident requires notification, we will provide notification as required by applicable law.
9 Your privacy requests
Depending on your location and the law applicable to the processing, you may have rights to confirm processing, access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal.
Submit a request to contact@argentis.com with enough information to identify your relationship with us and the request. Do not include medical records or unnecessary identity documents. We may verify your identity and, where applicable, a representative’s authority, using proportionate measures. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any refusal and available appeal process. Where applicable, send an appeal to the same email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
10 Children and international visitors
This public website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has supplied such information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Family services involving minors require separate guardian arrangements and any notices and consents required by law.
Argentis is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where verified service providers operate. Visiting the website does not waive privacy protections that apply to you.
11 Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website, practices or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain fresh consent where required for material changes. Contact Argentis Legal at contact@argentis.com.
