These Terms of Use govern access to Argentis.com, operated by Argentis Group LLC and Argentis Sun Peak LLC, trading as Argentis (“Argentis”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please review these Terms before using the website. Where we ask you to accept these Terms for a website feature, your affirmative acceptance forms an agreement with the operator identified above.

1 What the website provides

The website introduces the Argentis ecosystem, including Health, Haus, Home, Hub and Horizon, and provides information, educational content, enquiries and any enabled booking or purchasing functions. Availability, locations, opening dates, providers and programmes may vary. Planned facilities and services are identified as such and are subject to change. Illustrations, renderings and examples do not themselves guarantee delivery of a particular facility, feature or outcome.

2 Separate agreements

Memberships, founding deposits, clinical services, digital platforms, home assessments, events and purchases may be governed by separate agreements and policies presented for that transaction or service. Those agreements determine service scope, prices, payment obligations, cancellation and refund rights, eligibility and other relevant conditions. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement governs its subject matter. These website Terms do not amend an existing signed agreement or permit us to override rights under it.

3 Medical and wellness information

Website content is provided for general information and education and is subject to our Medical Disclaimer at /medical-disclaimer/. Website content, informal enquiries and AI generated lifestyle guidance do not provide a diagnosis, prescription or medical treatment, or create a patient-provider relationship. Clinical services, where available, require a separate relationship with an appropriately qualified and licensed provider acting within their professional scope.

4 Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and must have legal capacity to enter any transaction. Eligibility for memberships, clinical services and activities is determined separately. Provide accurate information, use only information you are entitled to submit, and do not impersonate anyone. If an account is offered, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; upload malicious software; attempt unauthorised access; circumvent security measures; interfere with normal operation; infringe others’ rights; or collect other users’ personal information without authority. Do not reproduce or scrape substantial content for commercial exploitation without permission, except where applicable law permits.

5 Our content and your submissions

Website text, graphics, images, branding and other materials are owned by Argentis or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use them for personal, noncommercial purposes and as otherwise permitted by law. Other uses require the rights holder’s permission. Third party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to receive, store and use that information for the purpose of your enquiry or the service you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. This is not a transfer of ownership of your health records or permission to publish confidential information. Do not submit confidential third party material unless authorised. Suggestions and feedback may be used to improve services, but this does not authorise disclosure of personal or health information.

6 Argie and other digital tools

Where available, Argie and other automated tools support education, lifestyle habits and understanding of information. Their output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important information and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making clinical or other consequential decisions. The tools are not an emergency service and should not be used to diagnose a condition, select treatment or change prescribed medication. Separate platform terms and privacy notices apply before use of health data features.

7 Purchases and availability

Prices, included benefits, taxes and applicable payment and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. An enquiry, website registration or newsletter sign-up does not itself guarantee membership, a booking or access to a service. For a material pricing or availability error, we will contact affected purchasers and provide an appropriate correction or refund option as required by law and the relevant transaction terms. We do not use these Terms to remove statutory refund rights or change an agreed founding deposit arrangement.

8 Third party providers and links

The website may link to or introduce independent clinicians, laboratories, vendors, partners and other organisations. Their services are governed by their own agreements and privacy notices unless otherwise expressly stated. A listing, title, testimonial or introduction does not guarantee suitability, credentials for a particular jurisdiction or a particular result. We remain responsible for our own representations and legal obligations. Financial or sponsorship relationships will be disclosed where required.

9 No guaranteed results

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but health, performance, home environment and longevity outcomes vary. Testimonials and case examples describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical results. We do not guarantee a particular lifespan, reversal of biological age, disease prevention, diagnostic finding, property outcome or return on expenditure. Any express commitments in a separate service agreement remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.

10 Website warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from errors or that general content will meet every user’s needs. This provision does not remove any warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any express obligation in a separate agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Argentis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or general informational content. This exclusion does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violations of privacy obligations where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. It is not a waiver of clinical malpractice claims or a release for participation in physical activities. Separate service agreements address liability for those services, subject to law.

11 Access and changes

We may restrict access reasonably needed to address unlawful use, security threats or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. We may update website features and these Terms prospectively. Revised Terms will display a new effective date; where acceptance or additional notice is required, we will obtain it or provide it. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing transaction or signed service agreement.

12 Governing law and contact

These website Terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory laws give you protections that cannot be waived. Subject to those protections and any valid separate agreement, disputes concerning these website Terms may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Summit County, Utah. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class action rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
