Medical Disclaimer
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Argentis connects health, environment, intelligence, education and community. This disclaimer explains the limits of health related information on Argentis.com and ArgentisHealth.com, operated by Argentis Group LLC and Argentis Sun Peak LLC, and the distinction between general wellness support and individual clinical care.
1 Educational information
Website articles, videos, events, interviews, assessments described on the website and other general content are provided for education and information. They are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified and licensed healthcare professional. Information about nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, recovery, supplements, environmental exposures and longevity may not be appropriate for every person.
2 No patient relationship through the website
Reading website content, submitting an enquiry, attending an educational event, purchasing a nonclinical membership or interacting with a general wellness tool does not by itself establish a patient-provider relationship. When clinical services are offered, the treating provider, professional scope, jurisdiction, fees and applicable clinical agreements will be identified separately. Treatment decisions belong to that provider and the patient. Administrative coordination and lifestyle coaching do not replace clinical judgment.
3 Argie and health intelligence tools
Argie and any general wellness features of Hub or the Vault support information organisation, education and lifestyle habits. AI output can be wrong, omit relevant context or fail to recognise a serious problem. A summary, trend, score or recommendation is not a diagnosis, prescription or medical clearance. Do not use these tools to start, stop or change medication or treatment. Review clinically significant findings with your healthcare professional. Unless an express clinical agreement states otherwise, uploaded data and messages are not continuously monitored by a clinician.
4 Seek individual advice
Consult your healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise, nutrition, supplementation or recovery programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are recovering from an injury or procedure, or have other relevant risk factors. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of something you read on this website or receive from an automated tool. Do not stop or alter prescribed treatment without consulting the prescribing clinician.
5 Testing and interpretation
Screening, biomarkers, body composition measures, wearable data, biological age estimates and environmental assessments have limitations. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate or affected by timing, technique and individual circumstances. A normal result does not rule out disease, and an abnormal result does not by itself establish a diagnosis. Further assessment may be appropriate. Scores and estimates may use evolving methods and should be interpreted in context by a suitably qualified professional.
6 Activities and recovery services
Exercise, sauna, cold immersion, breathwork, red light, hyperbaric oxygen and other services may involve risks and contraindications. Suitability depends on the activity and the individual. Clinical services require provider assessment and any required informed consent; other activities may require health screening and separate participation terms. A website description is not clearance to participate. Follow the relevant provider’s instructions and stop an activity if you feel unwell. This disclaimer is not a substitute for activity-specific risk disclosure or clinical informed consent.
7 Emerging therapies and evidence
The evidence for some longevity, regenerative and wellness interventions is developing or limited. Mentioning a treatment, peptide, stem cell product, supplement or technology does not mean it is appropriate for you or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the discussed use. Regulatory status depends on the specific product and indication. Any discussion of an unapproved or investigational intervention must accurately describe that status and comply with applicable law. This disclaimer does not authorise the offering of an unlawful treatment.
8 No promised health outcome
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee disease prevention, a cure, improved performance, reversal of ageing or a longer life. Scientific models, energy scores, digital twin concepts and marketing descriptions should not be treated as proof of a clinical outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences. Product and programme claims must still be accurate and supported; this disclaimer does not cure misleading claims.
9 Home assessments
Argentis Home information concerns environmental and lifestyle considerations. Unless a separate written agreement expressly includes the relevant professional service, it is not a medical assessment, licensed engineering opinion, building code certification or comprehensive inspection for structural defects, mould, asbestos or other hazards. Refer suspected hazards to appropriately qualified professionals. Changes to a home may support comfort and wellbeing but do not guarantee prevention or treatment of illness.
10 Emergencies
Argentis website forms, email, Hub and Argie are not emergency channels. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number immediately. Do not wait for a reply from Argentis or an automated tool.
11 Questions and legal rights
For administrative questions, contact contact@argentis.com. For personal medical questions, contact your treating healthcare professional. Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights that cannot legally be waived, excuses professional negligence or replaces obligations owed under a clinical agreement.
Short notice for health pages and Argie entry points
